Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Thrive Financial Limited (referred to as "the Promoter"). 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at the opening of the 2026 Manawatu Home Show and closes at the conclusion of the event (17th - 19th July 2026).

3. Prize Details

  • The prize is a LawnMaster X5 Robotic Mower valued at $3,995.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product alternative.

4. Eligibility Criteria

  • Attendance: Entrants must have physically attended the 2026 Manawatu Home Show to be eligible to win.

  • Age Limit: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Household Limit: Entry eligibility is strictly restricted to one (1) participating adult per household. Multiple entries from the same household address will be restricted to the applicant with the most entries from that household.

  • Exclusions: Directors, employees, contractors, and immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouses, or children) of Thrive Financial Limited are strictly ineligible to enter.

5. How to Earn Entries

Entries are earned based on interaction tiers specified at the event booth:

  • 1 Entry: Filling out contact details (no obligation required).

  • 5 Entries: Proof of being a current Thrive client (to be confirmed by a Thrive adviser at the time of completing the entry form.

  • 10 Entries: Booking a formal consultation with a Thrive adviser today.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The prize winner will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via the phone number and/or email address provided on their entry form.

  • The prize draw will be drawn no later than Monday 31st August 2026. This allows time for booking consultations to occur.

  • The 7-Day Claim Window: The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of the initial notification attempt. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible within this 7-day period, the prize will be forfeited, and a re-draw will occur to select a new winner.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Thrive Financial Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for the ongoing performance, set up, mechanical defects, technical faults, or operational limitations of the STIHL iMOW 6 Robotic Lawnmower.

  • Any product warranties or service claims must be handled directly by the manufacturer or an authorized retailer, not the Promoter.

8. Privacy and Data Use

By entering this promotion, entrants agree that Thrive Financial Limited may collect and use their personal information to administer the draw and contact them regarding financial services, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. General Legal Framework

  • No Commercial Gain / Free Entry: Entry into this promotion is completely free of charge. No premium or extra fees have been loaded onto any services or activities at the booth to fund this draw.

  • Finality Clause: The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion, including the eligibility of entries and the method of the random draw, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Right to Amend/Cancel: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control (e.g., event cancellation).

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Thrive Financial Limited and its employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this promotion or the prize awarded.
