Hi, I’m Blake!

Bringing over two decades of web and design experience to the team, Blake joined Thrive in early 2026 to lead the development of our custom technology. Working closely with Pierre, he builds and improves our internal CRM, client-facing app, and future digital products. This work is driven by Thrive's commitment to create a great experience, be teachable, and take extreme ownership.

Away from the screen, Blake prioritises time with his family and keeps active with sport, exercise, and a keen interest in cars and tech. He is also an avid golfer, though he admits he is still working on the "playing well" part!
