Hi, I’m Annie!

I’m part of the friendly Admin Support team here at Thrive, providing overall administrative support to our advisers and clients. My main focus is supporting clients whose policies have fallen into arrears, helping them through what can sometimes be a challenging time by exploring options, providing guidance, and helping keep policies in place where possible.

With a background spanning insurance, healthcare, and customer support, I’ve always been drawn to people-focused roles where I can make a positive difference. I love connecting with others, finding solutions, and making sure people feel heard and supported. Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying time with family and friends, being in nature, playing board games, getting lost in a good book, and having a good laugh.
